Hi, I'm Ali.
I have developed a passion for HR since 2012, when I was working as a receptionist for a small firm in London. I offered to help my friend who was working in the HR team with shortlisting CV’s, the next thing I knew I enrolled on a CIPD course and received my Diploma Level 5 in HR Management in 2014.
Since then, my career in HR has been a dynamic adventure, encompassing roles ranging from HR Coordinator to Executive and Manager. Each position has been a unique chapter, offering invaluable insights into the intricacies of people management and the ever-evolving landscape of HR practices.
Whether you're a small business seeking HR and Admin support on an ad hoc or retainer basis, or an HR Consultant in need of an extra set of hands for administrative tasks, I'm here to help.
Operating remotely, my services are accessible to clients across the UK, offering face to face meeting in the South West, breaking down geographical barriers and ensuring that businesses, no matter their location, can benefit from professional HR expertise.

Monthly subscription (12 months contract, can be cancelled with 1 month notice)
Starts from £120 per month and includes support with HR documentation, guidance on people processes to ensure compliance and consistency.

HR Projects
Day rate starts from £455 for bespoke projects, such as: recruitment pack for a new hire, performance management, grievances, dismissals, etc.

HR Starter pack
Fixed fee of £399, this includes: Contract of Employment Template, Health and Safety Policy, Equal opportunities Policy, Disciplinary Policy, Grievance Policy, Privacy Policy.
