Monthly retainer (can be cancelled with 1 month notice)

Starts from £149 per month and includes support with HR documentation, guidance on people processes to ensure compliance and consistency.​

HR Starter pack 

Fixed fee of £499, this includes: Contract of Employment Template, Health and Safety Policy, Equal Opportunities Policy, Disciplinary Policy, Grievance Policy, Sexual Harassment Policy.

Ali Leggo

Hi, I'm Ali, the founder of Cornwall HR Solutions.

 

My passion for HR began in 2012 when I was working as a receptionist for a small firm in London.​ I offered to help a friend in the HR team with shortlisting CV's, and before I knew it, I was enrolled on a CIPD course. In 2014, I proudly gained my Level 5 Diploma in HR Management, and since then my career has been an excited journey.

​

From HR Coordinator to Executive and Manager, I've embraced each role as a new opportunity to deepen my understanding of people management and navigate the ever- evolving world of HR.

​

At Cornwall HR Solutions, I specialise in supporting small businesses with customised HR and admin solutions. Whether you need ad hoc assistance or ongoing support with managing your staff, I'm here to make HR simple, accessible and effective for your business.
